jon quitt (tuscaloosa vineyard) - SUNDAY, Feb. 26 @ 10:30 AM

This week, Jon Quitt (Pastor of the Vineyard Community Church Tuscaloosa) will be bringing a message entitled "When Your Faith Fails". It will be an exciting time so come expecting to receive from the Lord! Then through the month of March, we will continue the series that Pastor Bubba has been preaching entitled "The Insanity of Obedience". There is a devotional available at LifeWay or online that can be purchased to go along with this study. Some of our small groups are also following along.

21 DAYS OF WORSHIP, PRAYER & FASTING

Pastor Bubba shared in Sunday's message that we should be asking God what He wants. We are in our pastoral transition process and asking God for wisdom. Pastor Bubba will be traveling over the next 3 weeks and will come in contact with many leaders throughout the Vineyard. So he is asking us to join him in prayer over the next 21 days for he and Melany, our church, the pastoral search team, our staff and our new pastor. We are believing God to make His will plain about who our next pastor is and for a divine connection to take place. We are encouraging people to try to come to at least one weekday noon prayer during this time (Feb. 20 - Mar. 11). Our format for noon prayer will be 30 minutes of worship and 30 minutes of prayer. Pastor Bubba also encouraged people to fast something during this time - food, tv, Facebook, etc. This is a crucial time in the life of our church and we want to be seeking God for His perfect will.
